10 Days to explore Buenos Aires with two Detroit-based dance enthusiasts!  Between us we have:

Over four decades of dancing:  tango (Traditional to Nuevo), Kizomba, Zouk, Latin, Swing, Folklore…(I’ll stop myself, but you get the idea; if you want a dance, we’ll find it for you!)

Experience leading travel programs through National Geographic Student Expeditions and other travel companies

Spanish and lots of local connections  (which will both come in handy…)

Updates: We are working with Coordinating classes at DNI https://dni-tango.com/?lang=en here is an example of their awesome organized curriculm. It is an amazing treasure hunt organizing a specialized trip and we are having so much fun doing so. We will keep you posted on our new additions to our pool of resources. You won’t be the same after this trip and we hope we don’t spoil you too much.:)

Updates: Our Trip to Buenos Aires is shaping up nicely, it will be full of amazingness, history and more we will be finding spectacular musicians like Edmar….I will continue keeping you posted on the new additions. Get your deposits in and add your 2 cents in further shaping the adventure.

 

So that we can help tailor our trip to each of you as individuals, we have cut a lot of costs so that the upfront cost only includes the basics. 

Included in Price:

– Housing for all 10 nights (ain’t nobody gonna be left out on the street…)

– Transit to and from airport in Bs.As.

– Breakfast (although the chances of us waking up before noon after dancing all night may be slim…)

– Three group dinners (including one traditional Asado, i.e. Argentinian BBQ!)

– Overnight trip to Montevideo, Uruguay

– 2 Specialty classes: one on the historical context of dance in Argentina; another as an intro to the country’s political history

Options Not Included in the Price:

Alex and Randy will be at your disposal to find and connect you to what you want to get out of Bs.As.  Options will include:

– Daily group classes (tango, kizomba, zouk, and restorative movement geared toward dancers in yoga and gyrotonics)

– Private dance classes

– Group Excursions to visit different corners of Bs.As. (Football games, site-seeing, museums)

– Beautiful tango shoes (we’ll help you find ’em–apparel, too!)

– An optional extra 5-day extension to hike along glaciers in Patagonia!

– Help you to plan your stay if you want to hang around in Bs.As. after the group leaves or to stay for CITA!
